Relift is a rental management system built for companies that rent out forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, cranes and similar equipment. From a single dashboard, you can track where your machines are, who has them and what condition they’re in, as well as who approved each contract and when.

Your field team scans the QR code on a machine with their phone, and your office team sees every movement on the dashboard in real time. Phone calls, Excel lists and paperwork give way to a single, reliable record.

At delivery, your field team scans the machine’s QR code and starts the delivery. The system sends a one-time approval code to the customer phone number on the contract.

Your customer either gives the code to your field team or enters it on their own phone; the moment it’s verified, the contract is approved. The number it came from and the date and time of approval are recorded and stored with the contract.

SMS approval creates a timestamped record showing who accepted the contract and when. That record is one of your strongest defences against “I never approved that” disputes.

That said, the legal validity of an approval method can vary with the type and content of your contract. We recommend reviewing your contract templates and approval process with your own legal advisor.

The system generates a unique QR code for every machine in your fleet. The code is printed as a label and stuck on an easy-to-reach spot on the machine that’s protected from knocks.

We recommend durable label material so it stays readable for a long time in field conditions (oil, dust, sun, washing). If a label gets damaged, simply print a new one for the same machine; its history isn’t lost.

Every delivery and return records the date and time, the field staff member who handled it, the hour-meter reading and photos showing the machine’s condition at that moment.

This documents beyond dispute what condition the machine left in and came back in. If there’s damage or something missing, you can pull up the records on the dashboard in seconds.

Forklifts, aerial lifts, articulating boom lifts, scissor lifts, mobile cranes and spider cranes, plus any other rental equipment you can stick a QR label on. For operated cranes hired by the hour or day, the working hours and meter reading of every job are recorded too.

You can define details such as machine type, make, model, serial number and maintenance interval for each machine, and monitor your fleet grouped by type or location.

All your field team has to do is scan the QR code with a phone and follow a few on-screen steps. The interface is kept simple for fast use on your feet, even with gloves on.

We give your team a short walkthrough during setup. In our experience, field staff are usually comfortable with the system on their very first day.

During setup, just share your current machine list with us (an Excel file, for example). Our team works with you to import your machines into the system and generate their QR codes.

Plans are based on the number of machines and users in your fleet: Eco Mini for up to 10 machines, Mini for up to 20, Standard for up to 40 and Plus for up to 60. For larger fleets, Professional (150 machines) and Premium (300 machines) are priced to fit your needs.
